He made good observations, offered sensible solutions, and provided detailed pricing. The installers did an commendable job as well. Working through adverse heat conditions, they stayed on task and completed the job in a timely manner. Clean up, inspections, and final billing were completed a timely manner as well. Really happy with my new roof from All Star Roofing. Sean worked with us through the whole process, from the initial inspection, handling insurance, and follow up once the roof was installed. Any questions we had Sean was able to answer. He did everything he could for us to get the most bang for our buck and we didn't have to pay out of pocket. We were told.since our roof is rather large it would take about a day and a half to finish,, but they were able to get it done in a day, without cutting corners. Our roof looks amazing and we are very happy with it.

First, let me brag on Mark for a second. He’s one of the most personable strangers I’ve ever met. Of all the estimates I received, Mark was the only one who took the time to sit and talk to me in person. We talk like we’ve known each other for years. I feel it’s genuine conversation, and not that of someone trying to make a sale. Now, to the roof. I LOVE IT!! There is a sense of security that comes with having a roof over your head, and a new one amplifies it. It’s beautiful and the color accentuates my recent paint job on my house. Allstar Roofing was prompt, professional, courteous and explained to me exactly what they were going to do and in a way that I understood what he (Mark) was talking about. From when I initially contacted them to the day my roof was done, if I had any questions they were there to answer them no matter what they were. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I had a leak in my roof which supposedly was fixed 3 other times. When it came back after our spring rains, I called several roofers to find out the issue and cost to repair it. The repair prices were very varied.- Nathan from All Star came out and suggested I run it through my insurance as he saw wind damage. He was the ONLY salesperson to recommend that route. He was there when I called to make the claim and came when the adjuster was here. He checked in with me several times during the insurance process, even calling the insurance company for me. It was approved for a replacement. Thank you Nathan. I needed it done ASAP as my granddaughter with her baby with coming for a visit. They responded quickly and did a great job. I get compliments on it and have recommended them to my neighbors. He still calls to check up. I highly recommend them.

All Star roofing has been an excellent company to work with in this process of buying and applying a new roof. Not only has the team physically worked very hard in this oppressive Florida heat but they have been very helpful with all clean up and completion of my punch list as the job was finishing up with no complaints and even smiles and good humor which I appreciated. The team with All-star was top notch. We needed repairs and we received next day service. Then after further inspection a full roof was needed. Louis had the materials and crew out there within 24 hours. I was amazed at their service and work ethic. The quote was not to be beat and the service is unmatched! This summer I finally decided to replace my 21 year old single roof and I am very happy that I went with All Star. They did an excellent job installing my new roof. They completed the work on time and everyone was very professional. I had 3 other companies come out and do estimates and they were the only ones who explained everything properly. They are the only company I would recommend to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement.
